The Louie Clayton Lounge
The Louie Clayton Lounge is a soft and intimate style room ideal for socialising, enjoying live sport, and hosting smaller events. This room holds up to 60 guests and is equipped with a bar, large screens, and comfortable seating areas.
Sunday lunches coming soon to the Louie Clayton Lounge.
The 1929 Suite
The 1929 Suite is our larger function room. This space is ideal for weddings, parties, sit down dinners and larger celebrations. Complete with a surround sound system, a renovated modern bar area and large screens – this space is perfect for music, presentations, and gatherings for all event types.
This rooms holds up to 150 guests with accessbility to our outdoor veranda area.
The O Hara Suite
The O Hara Suite is a comfortable space ideal for meetings, training sessions and smaller gatherings. Supported by the clubs wellbeing structure and sponsored by O Hara Financial – this space can provide you with the privacy, media displays and sound system required for a professional and community environment that tend to your events needs.

We used this venue for a surprise party for my parents golden wedding. It was the perfect venue with great outdoor space for all the children to run around, delicious food (we had the hot roast) and super friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t have asked for anything more 😀

Went to Heslam today as it was the first day of opening post Covid. The team were fantastic and had the social distancing sorted brilliantly. Hand sanitizers ready for all to use. Any fears properly put to rest, well done everyone at Heslam 👏👏
We reserved a table for tonight after joining the club – Connor Hanley was singing, he was fantastic & it was a great atmosphere. The social distance rules are great, a credit to Kathryn & all the team. a success for sure – we will definitely be regulars.
The day itself went really well, flowed really well, the staff was all helpful and friendly. Thank you forgot to mention the food was immense and all the guests commented how amazing it was and still go on about it to this day.
Would like to offer you and your team congratulations on your performance on Friday night. Not only was it probably the best meal I have ever had at HP, the service was exemplary. The hot food hot and the icing on the cake was the table service from the bar during the meal, which was brilliant.
